Our services are custom and digital, so we usually do not offer refunds once work has started or been delivered. Still, we’ll always try to fix any problems you may have.
2. When You May Get a Refund
You may ask for a refund if:
You cancel the project before we begin any work
We’re unable to deliver the service as promised in the project scope
There is a serious issue from our side that we cannot fix
All refund requests must be made within 3 days of your payment or deposit.
3. When Refunds Are Not Possible
We cannot give refunds if:
Work has already started or is completed
You change your mind after we begin the project
Delays happen because of missing details or late replies from your side

The reason for your refund request
We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
5. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made by Electric Networks LLC. If we approve your request, we’ll return your payment to the original payment method within 7 business days.
